STORY
Grace wasted no time in stating their case in the opening game, launching themselves out to a 6-0 lead in the opening three innings. The big move came in the top of the sixth inning, where the Tigers logged 12 runs in one at-bat. Damian Fernandez led the way by going 3-4 with four RBIs while AJ Scott went 3-5 with four RBIs and five runs.
Game two saw the Sabercats minimize some of the damage from Grace Christian, as Maranatha scored four runs in the bottom of the first inning to answer a five-run display from the Tigers. But the visitors quickly pulled away and kept the Sabercats well out of reach.
