STORY
The Blue Angels started with a flourish, posting 25 points in the opening quarter while holding Maranatha to just 8. The second and third acts were much more of a defensive struggle, then, as neither team broke 10 points in either quarter, and the Blue Angels held Maranatha to just 10 points in the two quarters combined.
Going into the fourth, the Blue Angels had built a sizeable lead at 45-18, and the Sabercats were looking for a spark. The final quarter at home was the Sabercats' most productive of the game, as Beka Donovan and Lidia Perez both chipped in a close-range bucket to get things started, and Wagner finished off the scoring with her final shot on the home floor.
For Mount Mary, India Lucas and Sanai Ballard both contributed 13 points while Alexus Hatcher added 10. This was the final game of Mount Mary's season, as they finish with a 10-13 record.
