MILWAUKEE, Wis. -- Wisconsin Lutheran celebrated their first home win of the season after sweeping Maranatha 3-0.
Titus Huston and Tyler Lacock finished with four kills each on the night, providing eight of the Sabercats total 13.

STORY
The Sabercats started things off in their favor, gaining a quick 3-1 lead over Wisconsin Lutheran in the first set. But after tying things up at four apiece, the Warriors showed their strength by going on a seven point run.
Maranatha found themselves struggling to receive the serve of Grant Wempner who gave his team their first double-digit lead of the set after three aces in a row. The Warriors went on to close the set with a 25-11 victory, giving their home crowd something to cheer about.
The Sabercats went into set two with a little more fight in them. The two teams battled back and forth, producing seven lead changes throughout the set. Back-to-back aces from Daniel Says contributed to Maranatha's longest run of six points, where they were able to take a 14-12 lead.
But the Warriors quickly answered back with a seven-point run of their own, contributing to their 25-19 win in set two.
The teams continued to battle it out at the start of set three, keeping things close. But another large run from Wisconsin Lutheran quickly diminished any hope the Sabercats had for a comeback. The Warriors the set 25-15, sweeping the Sabercats and earning their first home-court win of the season.
