WATERTOWN, Wis.-- In their last home game of the season, the Sabercats fall to the Buccaneers in three hard-fought sets.
 

OVERVIEW

STORY 
In the opening set of the night, the Bucs and Sabercats traded points back and forth in the early minutes of the game, coming out to a 12-12 tie at the halfway point of the set. From there, the Bucs took the drivers seat, forcing multiple errors by the Sabercats. The Bucs went on multiple late game runs, sealing a 19-25 win.

Thanks to kills from various members of the Sabercats offense and a few errors from the Bucs, the Sabercats had their best performance of the evening. Unfortunately, the Bucs were able to force more errors from the Sabercats, giving them the 25-21 win over the Sabercats.

In the third set, the Bucs were just too hot for the Sabercats to handle. They went on a 7-0 run, and the Sabercats just couldn't fight their way back. The Bucs took the final set of the evening 25-16.

The Sabercats look forward to a rematch with the Bucs on Friday in their final regular season game before they travel to regionals in Michigan.
