WATERTOWN, Wis. -- Martin Luther brought their 'A' game to Maranatha on Friday, taking a 37-81 win just before Thanksgiving break at the Maranatha Gymnasium.

STORY
In the initial minutes of the game, the Sabercats trailed within striking distance, but couldn't seem to take the lead. Then Trey Lauber scored points, jumpstarting the Knights' offense and giving them a 19 point lead going into the locker room.
As the second half commenced, the Knights made it clear there was no stopping them, going on a 13-2 lead to start the half. Unfortunately for the Sabercats, this was a sign of things to come in the last half of the game, as the Knights went on to outscore the Sabercats 45-20 in the last half of the game. At the final buzzer, the score stood at 81-37, giving Martin Luther their third win of the season.
James Hawley led the Sabercats with 10 points, 2 rebounds, and 2 steals.
