Box Score LANSING, Mich. -- Thanks to a second-half goal from Robert Lemon, the Sabercats beat Great Lakes 1-0 to secure a place in the NCCAA Midwest Region Championship game.
Maranatha will face Grace Christian tomorrow at 2:00 p.m. Eastern in Lansing, Michigan for a shot at the NCCAA Midwest Region Crown and the ticket to NCCAA Nationals that comes with it.

STORY
Neither team created any real chances in the first half, and Lemon's breakthrough goal came on the hour mark. Matheus Ribeiro weaved his way down the Crusaders' sideline before rolling a pass into the middle of the box, where Lemon slotted a finish to the near post to put the Sabercats up 1-0.
From there, it was a matter of solidifying the game defensively to secure a berth in the regional final, as Joe Shank and the Sabercats kept the sheet clean to gain momentum going into Saturday's final.
