As an outstanding intercollegiate athlete himself, Dr. Cedarholm realized the important values to be taught and the benefits of athletic competition. His pursuit of discipline, character, dedication, teamwork, and spiritual emphasis uniquely set Maranatha apart from other institutions. These values and benefits shall ever remain the core of Maranatha Athletics.
