GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.-- The Sabercats snagged two set wins on the road at the Kuyper Tri-Meet, but couldn't come up with the match win.

STORY 
The Sabercats hit the ground running as they took on the Grace Tigers, managing to steal the first set. The Tigers came into the second set with a vengeance, taking a 25-23 win. The third set was a similar story, with the Tigers taking their second set win of the day. In the end, the Tigers took the match after 5 hard-fought sets.

Facing their second foe of the day, the Sabercats challenged the Kuyper Cougars but came away winless as the Cougars held off the Sabercats in three hard-fought sets.
