Box Score 2 WATERTOWN, Wis. -- The Sabercats had some chances but were ultimately frustrated in a doubleheader at Washington Park, falling to Wisconsin Lutheran 3-12 and 1-21 in Maranatha's home opener.
The Sabercats scored 3 runs in the first game, but ultimately left the chances begging as Wisconsin Lutheran took the wins from a rainy night in Watertown.
Brayden Rumford earned his first RBI of his career, jump-starting the Sabercats' scoring in the first game. Tim Searle was the only Sabercat to record a run in both games of the doubleheader, while Reece Martin, Teddy Haugen, and Robbie Trautman each recorded a hit in both games.
