STORY
MILWAUKEE, Wis. -- The Sabercats showed yet more improvement at the Wisconsin Private College Championships as more than half the team ran a PR this weekend.
Andrew Dorothy, Douglas Smith, Jacob Stille, Cristian Rodriguez, Samantha Prigge, Dinah Marie, and Olivia Barefield each ran the fastest races of their careers this weekend. With his PR, Dorothy was the first to cross the line for the Sabercats, finishing with a time of 31:20. The Maranatha men finished 5th out of 5 with a total of 141 points. The St. Norbert Track Team came in first with a mere 28 points, despite the top finisher coming from 2nd place Concordia (Wis).
On the ladies' side, Gini Cooper was the Sabercats' first finisher, with a time of 29:25. She led the girls to finish 6th out of 8 for a team total of 182 points. 1st place Concordia (Wis.) edged out St. Norbert by just 7 points, as Concordia kept their total to 32 points.
